About the market

Dallas is where Frontend Horizon is based. All five of us work out of Dallas, and the office is downtown at 750 N Saint Paul St. The market around it is unusually broad: custom-home builders working in Preston Hollow, contractors and warehouses in South Dallas and Oak Cliff, and professional firms billing out of Uptown high-rises, all inside Loop 12.

For a contractor or service business, that breadth cuts both ways. There is more search demand here than in most of Texas, and more national chains, franchise rollups and lead aggregators bidding for it. The businesses that win the Dallas map pack usually have three things: a site that proves they are real in the first scroll, a Google Business Profile that is filled out and reviewed, and a fast answer when the lead comes in.
