About the market

Denton has a younger buyer base and a stronger identity than most DFW suburbs. The University of North Texas and Texas Woman's University bring a steady student and academic population, while the surrounding county runs a more typical suburban Texas economy: trades, clinics, family services.

Out past the city, Denton County still has land: lots, acreage and new subdivisions around Argyle, Lantana and Lake Lewisville. For trades and site work the competitive set is thinner than in Plano or Frisco, so a business that shows up early in local search has a real shot at holding its spot.
