Who you will meet

Two founders who still do the work.

John scopes the work. Pablo builds it. The person on your first call stays on your account.

  • John Cravey

    Founder

John founded Frontend Horizon to fix what most SMBs hate about marketing agencies: opaque deliverables, recycled strategy, no accountability for the result. Every engagement gets a named outcome and a clear picture of the market it’s competing in.

  • Pablo Novelo

    Founder

Owns the build, the infrastructure, and the Core Web Vitals budget every shipped page lives inside. The reason your site reads fast, ranks clean, and converts at the rate the strategy promised.

Who does what

Small on purpose.

Five people, all in Dallas, TX. Each one owns a part of the engagement, and the ones who own yours are a direct email away.

  1. John Cravey

    Founder

Owns Web Design & Development, SEO Management, Competitor Analysis

I started Frontend Horizon because I kept watching SMB owners pay agencies for 'results-driven, conversion-focused experiences' and get a brochure site nobody could find on search. The five-phase positioning , census → public data → ICPs → system → sprint , came out of three years of doing the work backwards and learning where the budget actually leaks.

  2. Pablo Novelo

    Founder

Owns Web Design & Development, Social Media Marketing

I own the technical side of every Frontend Horizon build. The stack choices, the platform layer, and the engineering standards each client site is held to are mine, so performance and reliability are designed in, not bolted on.

  3. Josh Grounds

    Business Development and Social

Owns Pay Per Click Advertising, Social Media Marketing

I work business development and social for Frontend Horizon: finding the SMBs who need the system, and keeping the accounts we already have talking to us. I came up through the build side, so when I tell an owner what a site will do, I have shipped one.

  4. Danny Jackson

    DOO

I keep Frontend Horizon engagements moving and keep clients in the loop. Project management, status, and the communication between a client and the build are mine, so nothing stalls in the gap between teams.

  5. Shannon Cravey

    President of Business Development

I lead business development at Frontend Horizon. Which engagements we take, who we take them for, and the standard those relationships are held to after the site ships are mine.

Everyone else is one call away at (833) 211-4225.
